बे-ग़रज़ अंधेरा

दिन की रोशनी में किसी की एक नही चलती 

है जो वो खुदगर्ज़।

वो तो अंधेरा ही है इतना बे-ग़रज़ 

जो चांद तारों में ही अपनी खुशी ढूंढ लेता है॥

In Hinglish:

Din ki roshni mein kisi ki ek nahi chalti

Hai jo woh khudgarz

Wo toh andhera hi hai itna bey garaz

Jo chand taaron mein hi apni khushi dhoondh leta hai

Loose Translation: 

The light during the day overwhelms everything that other things lose their meaning (day is selfish) while darkness of night is selfless, the moon and stars define it, enhances its beauty, and the night is happy with that.
